Corn Souffle’

Ingredients:
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Kernal Corn (drained)
1/2 Cup melted margerine or butter (1 stick)
1 Pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Procedure:
Mix all ingerdients except cheese in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake 35 min at 350 degrees covered, then 35 minutes uncovered or  until done. (Knife will come out clean)
