Margharita Pie
Ingredients: Crust 1/2 Cup melted butter 2 Tbs Sugar 1-1/2 Cup Crushed Pretzels
Filling 1 pint heavy cream, whipped stiff 14 oz. Can condensed milk 1-1/2 oz. Triple
Sec 1-1/2 oz. Tequila 2 oz. Lime Juice 2 Tbs lime peel, grated
Procedure: Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9” pie pan. Freeze for 1 hour. Fold ingredients into whipped cream. Fill pie crust, and freeze 4-5 hours. (do
not cover) Top with whipped cream and lime slices.
