Michigan Sauce

This is a great sauce for putting on hot dogs or hamburgers, and this recipe makes enough so you can freeze some! Enjoy!

Michigan Sauce

Ingredients:
2 lbs Hamburg
3 Onions
3 Frying Peppers
2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 Small Can Tomatoe Soup
1/2 tsp Red (cayenne) Pepper
1 Tbsp Black Pepper

Procedure:
Cook 2 lbs of hamburger in a skillet, drain and set aside
Chop fine, onions and peppers, fry till soft
Run hamburger through food processor, making it very fine, place in bowl. Add rest of ingerdients, cayenne pepper to taste, cook again for 10 mins over low heat.
Seperate into small containers for freezing if needed
